

we have just completed the session on helvetica. we looked at the type face and researched it right back to when and why it was designed. since the introduction of helvetica it has been appearing in corporate logos, signage for transportation systems and hundreds of other uses all around the globe
the font was designed in 1957 for the Haas type foundry in munchenstein, by Max Miedinger with Edvard hoffman.
